Our salesperson will present a comprehensive summary of your custom clothing line, discussing it with you over the phone or seeking your approval via email. Once you approve the summary, the turnaround time commences, and we proceed with the sampling process to bring your vision to life.
Sample production

The order followers forward the order documents to the Sample Supervisor and coordinate the completion of the samples within a 12-day period. This involves various steps including fabric ironing, cutting, crafting (e.g. printing, embroidery, screen, washing, digital printing, lamination, etc.), sewing, product ironing, size checking, and other necessary steps to ensure high quality production of the samples.
Quality inspection

Upon completion of the sample, the sample supervisor conducts a thorough quality inspection. Once the inspection is deemed satisfactory, the sample is handed over to the merchandiser for further processing.
Shipping

After-sales service

The order follower will send the order document to the sample supervisor and arrange to complete the sample within 12 days. This meticulous approach ensures a seamless transition from sample approval to efficient mass production, maintaining transparency and accuracy throughout the entire production cycle.
