First, upon contacting us with an order request, we provide a timeline for product development, with samples usually completed within 12 days. Secondly, while we are willing to create one-of-a-kind products, we are also able to produce garments with low MOQs, as low as 50 pieces!

At HUILIN, we maintain a flexible and customer-centric approach to our minimum order quantity (MOQ), which ranges from 50 to 100 pieces. This allows us to meet the diverse requirements of both new and existing customers by enabling the mixing of 1 color and 4-7 sizes, seamlessly integrating with our internal production processes.
Understanding our MOQ involves a meticulous process. Each piece of fabric is carefully rolled, taking into account the specific needs of different garments. Typically, one roll of fabric yields approximately 50-100 pieces, minimizing waste and optimizing efficiency.
The determination of our MOQ is also influenced by the production process. Our machinery is designed to handle significant fabric quantities in each run, with operating costs remaining consistent regardless of order size. Consequently, smaller quantities may result in a higher unit price due to fixed costs.

Our samples are typically shipped using DHL and Federal Express. The pricing varies depending on the geographical area covered by DHL and Federal, with additional considerations for fuel charges.
